By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase on D&B Collectibles. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & GRADING

Every product listed on D&B Collectibles is either graded by a recognized third-party grading company (PSA, BGS, or SGC for cards; PSA/DNA or Icons for memorabilia and autographs) or authenticated through verifiable provenance documentation. We do not sell raw, ungraded cards or unauthenticated memorabilia.

Grading information, including the grading company, score, and certification number, is displayed on each product page. We guarantee that all grading information is accurate as provided by the respective grading company at the time of listing. D&B Collectibles is not affiliated with PSA, BGS, SGC, PSA/DNA, or Icons. Grading opinions may vary; we encourage collectors to verify certification numbers through the issuing grading company's population report database.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount listed plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders with pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory discrepancies. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

5. SHIPPING & INSURANCE

All orders are shipped fully insured with signature confirmation required for deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated based on order value, package dimensions, weight, and destination. We ship domestically within the United States and to select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. D&B Collectibles is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or force majeure circumstances.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of graded collectibles and authenticated memorabilia, all sales are final. Each item is individually photographed, and grading details are fully disclosed. We do not accept returns based on subjective grading opinions or market value fluctuations.

If an item arrives damaged or differs materially from its listing description (e.g., wrong grading company, incorrect certification number, or different item entirely), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design — is the exclusive property of D&B Collectibles and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Product images of graded cards and memorabilia may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

The D&B Collectibles name, logo, and "Own The Grail" tagline are trademarks of D&B Collectibles. All player names, team names, and league trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

8. INVESTMENT DISCLAIMER

Sports cards and memorabilia are collectibles whose value may fluctuate based on player performance, market demand, grading population changes, and broader economic conditions. D&B Collectibles does not provide investment advice, and nothing on this website should be construed as a guarantee of future value. Past sale prices and market comp data are provided for informational purposes only. Collectors should make independent purchasing decisions and never invest more than they can afford to lose.

9. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. D&B Collectibles is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&B Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific item.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
